Pinotage by Simonsig shows a vibrant crimson red color.

Aromas of berries with subtle notes of licorice e sweet spices.

On the palate hint of raspberries compote, black cherries and strawberries. Slight acidity and soft, well-rounded tannins make this wine very pleasant and drinkable.

Expected evolution: up to 8 years after bottling.

Pair with: pasta, ostrich and game and, above all, it perfectly accompanies the traditional South African braai.
